My most desired telescope is a TOA130 on a Skywatcher AZ3 mount 🤣 kidding about the mount but it's fun to imagine that combo.
A TOA130, it will be mine!!!!

Amazing, considering Mars has looked a lot like Betelgeuse, to me, also using a 100mm refractor. In great seeing I can see the most minuscule white dot of a polar cap but that’s about it.

Beautiful! at first glance I thought it was a detailed sketch, it has that contrasty charcoal sketch look especially the northern portion.

Ooh interesting! i was always able to see those images (stereographic images) almost immediately, i have to try this if not just for fun as I can’t imagine holding this technique too long.

Wonderful images as always!

Beautiful images, though i am not an expert, I believe these may be what are referred to as sprites or upper atmosphere lightning, they occur high up and look sort of like a solar flare. Though i am not so sure they are associated with the aurora as much as with storms, but i could be wrong.

By the looks of this fine pic I’d say you are an imager, nice work.

Yes incorporating skysafari into it or a way of using skysafari with starsense
I am not aware of any cross compatibility with the starsense module and other software other than the Starsense app itself, good question though.

self-contained version.
Which one are you referring to? the dobs labelled "starsense explorer" use the phone module (the only dobs celestron makes) plus there are a few newtonian and refractor models which also use the phone modules.

WOW that is phenomenal, the detail in that flare is gorgeous!

Wonderful setup! I didn't know the AZ GTI could handle the weight of a 102 but I guess I was wrong.
