Glad you got them and the initial impressions are good. like I said, I really enjoy mine. I have multiple Vortex products and I am a very satisfied customer. Enjoy!!! Now you just need to wait out the cloud cover. Or you can do what I do in the meantime and zoom in on the dog, the plants on the shelf, the children sitting in the chair next to you just so you can creep them out.
Ahh so im not only 1 does that lol🤣

Funnily enough i had the choice to buy 10x50 or 12x50 Nikon action ex bins and i got the 12x50
Later on i got the 10x50 Opticron I Magic 10x50 but my grab n go bins whether handheld or on tripod/monopod are my 12x50's they are heavier than the 10x50 but i just feel they are better all round bins 🍻

Hi
I have the Nikon 12x50EX's and havn't noticed reflections and my Nikons are my most used grab n go bins
I also have the Amazon basics tripod with trigger grip and its good bit kit but it does struggle with my Apollo 22x85 bins they are just a bit to heavy for it
Good review and i kind of thought the Nikons would win out superb bins for the money 🍻

my 22x85 have the screw threads as well
where did you buy them ?
maybe an email to them
possible they changed the spec but not updated the sales blurb
-
the Nikon actions are excellent binoculars and the 10x50 were the best in 6 of the best review that Steve did
i use the 12x50 and are my go to bins for quick grab n go 🍻

If your going for the Celestron 20x80 bins i would go for the pro version bit more money but a lot better set of bins
I had the standard 20x80 a few years ago and did find them ok but not that good
I have the Celestron 15x70 Pro version and find them to be better bins 🍻

Excellent and thx again mate 🍻

These are really good but as stated above a sturdy tripod or parallelogram would be needed 🍻

What about the Opticron 8x42 bit smaller and lighter than your 10x50
these are waterproof

or a bit cheaper but not waterproof

i think the Apollo's are about the only 1's with threads for filters i could be wrong tho Lunt and Oberwerk may have threads but they are similar or higher price range than the Apollo 🍻

i think its just the Apollo's that have the filter threads

Another vote for the Opticrons

or you could have a look at these but not waterproof as far as i can see but they do have threads of for 1.25" filters
