This is a great thread, here's my effort Taken years ago with a meade etx 70 and a film slr (remember them ) Second time this pic has been in the public eye - a certain national astro mag put it in their readers photo section 10 years ago!

HELP my eyepiece has fallen apart!

Hi, Did you get this sorted in the end? If not, and you still have the parts and still want it fixed, I would be willing to try. I don't have that much experience with eyepieces but I'm an ex-TVR (if you can fix these, you can fix anything!), Lotus and Aston Martin mechanic, and currently work in a metrology lab. Roy -
