    I am currently having a very bad experience with a seller that I bought an item off on ABS. I have not received the item after 9 days of payment. What should I do? Is there anyone I can contact on ABS regarding this?

      Unfortunately, by PayPal gift. A stupid move on my part as I'm certain there is no comeback to obtaining refunds. :(

      Unfortunately Pay-Pal gift means they have the money and no recourse for you. I always have the opinion that anyone asking for it as a gift is a bit suspect. You could report the person to Paul (I think) who runs, or looks after the site. However all I suspect he can do is to put out a warning that ABC is a fraudster.
