Cheers Mike. Ive just finished mine. It's a bit of a squeeze but I got it sorted, looks much more professional, thanks for the idea. I araldited my chassis plug in place as there just wasnt the room for the nut also the electronics shop only had 4 pole connectors in minimum so I used one of those. That meant I couldnt take as much meat off the chassis plug back for the circuit board clearance. Managed it in the end though. Thanks again Phil -
Mike, your mod has shamed me into tidying mine up a bit so I bought a Din plug & socket like yours Ill be fitting it shortly, thanks for the great idea. Phil
