Purchased a Coronado PST a couple of months back in anticipation of the upcoming solar maximum. It has rained pretty much ever since! I am loving the views so far and am now looking to modify an old Logitech webcam to allow me to image what I see. -

New eyepiece storage solution as of 12th June 2012. My old Revelation case just can't cope any more since I have started to add some more exotic eyepieces. -
Ahhhh, that's better. A few hours of stellar therapy and the world seems a better place.

The big scope spends most of it' life tucked away in my (mildly) customised plastic garden store. The store has a 12 volt supply to run the fan on the scope which helps clear condensation. There is also a set of red led xmas lights to aid access late at night. -

Purchased this with my scope in 2006. Has served me well but have recently discovered the benefits of more exotic glass. -

The scope is used primarily in conjunction with a Baader filter for white light solar obs. Occasionally I wil use it as a grab and go scope or if an object is too low in the sky for me to get at it with the big scope.
