haitch Posted May 15, 2014 Share Posted May 15, 2014 Just seen a fab fireball travelling from S to W above Mars & through Leo from where I Am in West Mids time according to the phone was 00:41 BST. Long smoky tail and bits breaking off... haitch Posted May 16, 2014 Author Share Posted May 16, 2014 I can't believe how lucky I was I've been so busy lately I've hardly had any time for observing. I'd been down London all day and got if the train at 8:30 yesterday having just had a sandwich on the train so I could go straight to my Astro club meeting. Got home home to watch This Week then Took the dog for a walk before going to bed to be up early to go to Derby to work today so consider myself really lucky to have looked up at the right time.
