Circle T Kellners

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows much about these? I picked them up when I purchased an old OO SX250 sometime ago, a 40mm and 9mm Circle T Kellner. They are optically in very good condition, the 9mm has a little bit of scratching on the top but generally both good. I know 40mm in a 1.25" has it's limitations in terms of narrow field of view.

I will probably put them up for sale, just looking for some info before doing so.

Cheers

Stu

They were made at the same place as the Kokusai circle T ortho`s, i had the 25mm and i have to say, i was sorry to sell it, very sharp, but i bought the 25mm ortho and it was my most oversubscribed ep size, i still have at least 3 different 25mm ep`s. Have a look through them stu, before selling them

Hi stu

If you decide to sell the 40 mm kelner give me first refusal please.

Thanks Jules, will do.

Trouble is, I have a 9mm BGO, plus 31T5 Nagler so they are most likely surplus to requirements.

Will give them a try out though

Cheers

Stu

Hi Stu, did you ever try these kellners out

As ever, skies didn't co-operate in the end so I sold them before trying them unfortunately. I think Dave (f15) may have bought one if I remember correctly...
