Thanks! I'm lucky enough to have a very nice LX200 14" with an Imaging Source camera. I'm unlucky enough to live to close to Manchester, where it always seems to rain...

The picture reminds me of the front cover of my first Philips astrnomy book. It's amazing how you can capture those pictures now from modern kit

Jon, nice image, a bit pink, so perhaps would benefit from some colour balanceing in PS. Focus is always difficult especially in the sort of seeing we usually get in the UK. Keep trying, improvement only comes with practice. Worth also checking collimation if you haven't already done so. Once you have a good instrument and technique, it's all down to the seeing on the night! Never give up!
