Meade electric focuser or alternative?

Hi,

I am from the UK, and i am trying to find a supplier of a televue2.5 barlow and also an electric focuser to fit my c9.25. Any help on UK suppliers would be helpful

Hi Philip,

You could try SCS Astro for the Barlow. I got

My 4x powermate from them a while back. Greenwhich also stock the green stuff!

For electronic focusers I can recommend lakeside from Ian king. Had mine around 6 weeks now and going well. Allows computer control via ASCOM too....

There was another thread....

which showed a SW electronic focus motor fitted with a belt drive to the rear of a C9.25 Very simple but looks very effective.

There's a JMI option which I'm not sure is available in the UK.....
