New space telescope

My son keeps phoning me up raving about some super duper space images taken from what he claims is a new space scope, replacing Big H, but he can't recall the name and I cant for the life of me think what he's on about. Any ideas?

It's not a replacement, although it has a mirror nearly twice the diameter of Hubbles.
