Mega Meteor

Did anybody else just see that mega meteor.... heading from east to south west, passed right by sirius.. never seen one that big before !!!

Yes, I saw it on the way back from the North Lincs meet, must have been a little after 10.

Just seen this due south from my study window between Southport and Preston,shot straight down through the "backwards question mark "of Leo ,lasted about 2 seconds.

Yeh it was just after 10, nice trail !

I can't think that I've seen a better one. Had a green / blue colour

I saw it too, (by the way there is another thread for this in the observing section)

Im in London and saw it in the west and had a green colour to it.

Yea I saw something about that time albeit quite faint in my scope!

Don`t think it would have been faint through your scope,this thing was REALLY bright,and i saw it from indoors ,just happened to look out the window and there it was.Mind you it was my birthday as well,you guys must have laid it on for me....aw shucks:o
