BAADER Solar Film

Does anyone know the longevity of this material? The instruction sheet that comes with the film says nothing about how long, with care, it should last.

I use Baader Solar film filters on my ED80, 12" Lx, Genesis 4" and have used it on many other scopes over the years. I think the oldest filter I have is probably ten years old and still as good as new.

If you take care of them, keep them in a safe, covered box when not on the scope, they will last a lifetime....

(never had a pinhole either!)
