Good evening

Just checking the weather charts..

Charts for the UK

Not good for astronomy in the short term with a very cloudy SW flow. The next sensible breaks are in the SW on Wednesday evening behind a cold front pushing through.

Then more cloud until the weekend when it looks much more promising with a NW flow and high pressure building. Perhaps a row of useable nights.

I will be keeping an eye on this for SGL6!

Do you ever keep "score" Mark... on the accuracy of the various forecasts?

The best bet on forecasts is to compare the BBC with metcheck...They come from two different models. If they say the same then you have a 90% chance plus of them being right. If they do not agree then do not trust either..
