Thunderbird they seem fine but it is full of cloud here so cannot test them out on anything in the night sky.

I have no distortion of colour, both lens seems equal. Only grumble was when they arrived they had obviously been sitting in a cold Fed Ex warehouse as foggy lens.

Congratulation on you New Binoculars I'm sure they will give you many nights of wounderful views ( as long as the weather changes) and a really good choice on the tripod the horizon 8115 is very sturdy I use mine with a pair of 15x80 my friend uses

25x100 and is very sturdy, have fun
