Skywatcher Vs Pentaflex

Hi. Just a quick question, wondering if anyone can help me. Is there any difference between Skywatcher and Pentaflex scopes? Both the 130mm parabolic Newtonian Reflectors seem to be exactly the same (in appearance & specification) and I've also noticed the 6", 8" & 10" Dobsonion scopes look exactly the same. Both made by Skywatcher perhaps?

I hope I am Peter as I'm looking to to purchase a scope soon and the Pentaflex scopes are a little cheaper than the Skywatcher so far as I can tell. Might even save enough to get a few accessories
