I was giving my new h35 a go with my 130mm apo and just gave it a 3 hr run to give it first blood

not processed this really , just stretched the hell out of it to see if I could see some flux , and yes there is some but I will need 10s of hrs to bring it out:evil6:

This is a 3 hour single exposure Harry? No wonder they're very bright.

I'm not sure about this Flux. It has been mentioned often when these galaxies have been targets. Is it interstellar material, or clumpy areas of matter directly associated with 81/82?

I was reading some time ago of an American guy doing 45 minute subs to bring this stuff out. Quite how you got that much for 10 minute subs I don't know.
