Need help choosing a target for my Atik.

Hi all, I have a new ccd (well second hand) the Atik 16hr and want to start a project but don't know what object to have a go at

I love galaxies...so was thinking maybe m51 but then again I love nebula, I already have some HA data of the bubble and I ahve an OIII filter so was thinking about having a bash at that. Then again there's always the horse head which I HA data of as well, but I feel as though the Horse head is getting a bashing at the moment so I wanted to try something different.

Anyways I have a relatively small field of view on the ccd, so could anyone suggest a target? preferably in the North to the east of the sky as that's where my LP is lowest?

I'm imaging through a 200p and this will be my first RGB/LRGB/OIII/HA or what ever image.

P.S. I'm leaning towards the bubble...

How about M1 ? If you do it in narrowband you wont have to worry about LP to much.

The bubble sounds good, what about taking a look at

Cheers fellas!!! Will have a bash! tried M1 with the DSLR and it came out quite well! So I'll see what I can come up with! Watch this space
