FLO's opening hours ?

I'm trying to contact FLO for an order I've placed, can anyone tell me when they're open ? (Days/hours?)

Mon-Fri 10:00 - 16:00 if you want to ring them i think you will find.

BUT the guys also man their helpdesk outside those hours as well as being on SGL.

FLO aren't a shop in the sense of go shopping at their shop on the high street on a 9-5 basis.

The place they have is more of a location for receiving, keeping and dispatching stock for the internet orders (warehouse). So they may well not be in a position to man phones all the time. Also I guess that their working hours are not therefore defined that specifically.

Just had a look at the FLO site and I don't see any obvious mention of hours - front page or contact page.

The best way is to use the helpdesk, email is on FLO's website, I know for one that Martin mans the helpdesk even outside office hours, but he did say that recently they have been extremely busy and that the helpdesk is the best way to contact them if you cannot get them on the phone.
