Wow, Neil, went through the whole set, just an amazing DBK !!!

Cheers Freddy im quite pleased with the fact that i managed so much reasonable quality, considering im shooting mostly over house roofs here at 34 degrees. Im hoping i can go to the next level when jupiter is higher when it comes back, i may even have a basler by then. which should help, im not sure yet though. at the very least i may get the HAD chip modded into the DMK and intend on doing more RGB work. All ideas im thinking of.

BTW you may find some stuff interesting on my old website. i cant upload since being on a dongle but theres some venus saturn and lunar on there. some very low jupiters like 15 degrees low. i cant update my recent ones this year which is a shame but some of the stuff on there shows my gradual progression.

The RGB on the 15th Nov look fantastic compared to your first RGB and the blue looks pretty sharp. I think you must be happier now with this result.

Thanks John what i was happy about was the seeing was rippling a lot, but the Mono And Europa with precise focus just cut through it. Something ive been in love with since having the scope. Its consistent, unless seeing is way below usable, which is not often, even in the now poorer winter. It will often pull something out of the bag. And thats something i need. or despair sets in.

That animation is fantastic! What is that little belt of dark spots close to the SEZ though?

Hi George im not actually sure of there correct term, if anyone else knows. But they are a intereting string of brown spots. That calm seeing here enabled me to image them reasonably well. ( well 34 degrees uk, reasonanably well that is )
