This is a great resource for anyone interested in stellar spectral classification. He give sample spectra for all the different classes of stars (OBAFGKM) and provides annotated absorption/ emission line positions as well as a brief but complete overview of each type.

Strongly recommended to all amateurs, whether you have a spectroscope or not.

Thank you for posting that. I've downloaded it and had the briefest of skims through it - wow, what a tremendous piece of work. Surely he'll be publishing it ie in book form?
