Hmm, isn't your telescope f7.5? Mine's f/5 so really I should have a wider FOV than you...are you using the focal reducer? And is that with your SPC900?

Anyway yes you're right: I use a 2x barlow. If I don't then it takes about nine panes to make a full moon-at a push!

Btw good work if that's your first moon pic! I'm impressed that you can't see the stitching between the images (always hard) but I think you need to drop back the sharpening a bit, the highlights look a bit too strong esp the bright limb.

F6.25, without the reducer, with my SPC900.

Photoshop CS3 did the stitching automatically with no intervention on my part. I increased the sharpening because someone else said it was out of focus on my first process. Maybe it needs to be somewhere between the two.
