Has anyone set up a pair of these or similar Swifts ?

Before I pull these apart ,I need to know if prism adjustment is by taking either the objective lenses out ,

the eyepiece lenses and rear covers,

or if there are any adjustment screws under the body covering

cheers...Paul

Hi Paul...

....with what result ?

It might help somebody else to write what you learned from disassembly :p

I´m sorry to insist, but there seems to be a somewhat different attitude in this forum as to how to compose helpfull posts. :)

You´re asking for help....no one can help - fair enough.....you then do it by yourself...and don´t come back with the answer.

Strange ways, I find :)

Thank you in advance for sharing :)

Hi Abell

I basically put the quick reply up to stop anyone wasting time responding with a technical answer.

I have every intention to share my findings and have taken some photos of the process.

Always happy to assist others I often put my efforts in the 'DIY' section.

Results will be posted as and when I find the time, probably later this evening.

It was an easy fix thankfully :D

Paul
