chris47
I am new to astronomy and recently bought myself a TAL 100R off ebay.I am short of the mount for the finder scope and the counterbalance metal rod on the mount (it is the wooden one).Does anyone have any idea where I could get hold of such things? Aussie
Hi although I'm new I can certainly try help you out. I believe the missing mount piece you are looking is this: http://www.firstlightoptics.com/proddetail.php?prod=SWfinderShoeMind and check the specifications of your mount before buying this to see if that is the correct piece needed. He is drawn to posts with Tal in the title like a moth to a flame. He'll be along shortly to help you out.
