What is the FOV of my finder?

I bought this finder for my 8" dob:

Finders - Skywatcher 9x50 Right-Angled, Erecting Finderscope

How do I ascertian the field of view of it? (it was probably on the bumph that came with it but I threw that out)

Many finder scope EPs have a 50-60 deg apparent field of view. Divide this by 9 and you get 5.5 - 6.6 degrees true FOV

Hi, the simplest way is to look at the night sky thru the finder and note

two bright stars that just fit into the fov. Then compare with a star chart

to see how many degrees between those stars.
