Needless to say the 5th took money of me, shame the first didnt.

Does not surprise me. I have just wasted an hour of my life chasing up an order to be told they are 7 days behind on processing it !

When will UK retailers wise up to the fact that in such times customer loyalty is paramount to stay in business. Some businesses don't deserve to be successful.
