If you're ordering the one in Kris77's link above from FLO then yes it will have the dobsonian base with it. The 6" is very easy to move around and will go in the back of most average cars with ease if you need to travel to a dark site. Unike my 12" wich is quite heavy and needs an estate. Good choice

Yup - it's on the base in the video - just like the big one he demo'd as well. With dobs they do sit the base on the ground

Hi kmce - you will have no problems moving the 150P dobsonian around. No need to take the OTA off the mount, just pick the whole thing up by the handles and off you go
