megrez first pic

hi, this is my first pic through my new megrez 72, 3 ten minutes at iso 800 and one 10 minute dark,

had canon eos 450 and megrez mounted on skywatcher 300 neq6 no guiding just 3 star align.

how many more subs to get good detail?

I think you've already got the detail, you just need some software to bring it out. Try Photoshop (if you have it) or GIMP (a free alternative).

Nice, very wide field! I guess that's one of the reasons you've managed 10 minutes unguided - impressive!

Hope you don't mind, I had a little play in PS, using GradientXTerminator (which I find essential without taking flats) and levels. I'm still new to this myself so need the practise! I'm sure you can do it more justice.
