Anyone got any ideas why I can't get it to work?

It loads but wont display any images, I've tryed drag and drop and import but no go, Its running on a Vista machine.

Any Ideas?

What camera/software/codec did you use to take the AVIs Martin?

You could try downloading virtualdub (free) and re-exporting the AVI as an "old" AVI and then try iMerge again. It could be the codec.......

Daz beat me to it... It sounds likely to be the Codec that you've captured in... I don't know what codec's iMerge can open...

I'm using a DMK cam, capturing in the supplied IC Capture and using the Y800 codec.

I'll give virtualdub a bash and see what i get.

Also, just make sure that the codec in the recording tab is set to Y800. I have made the mistake of seeing the Y800 on the toolbar, but then finding out it was actually set to something other!!
