Perigee?

I was just reading Steves amazing post of the ISS lunar transit.And i just wanted to ask whatdoes Perigee moon mean.I`ve been meaning to ask but i totally forgot about it.Because in Astronomy now magazine in the star chart section they say about perigee moon.

Any help would be gratefully apprecitiated.
