Grub screws

Does anyone know what size the three grub screws are that hold the inner ring in a Canon EOS T ring?

They look like M2 to me. I've got some spare ones.

Depends on who made it!

Some that I have had are 2mm Some are 3UNC one was 2.5metric so I generally re-drill if I get a problem to 6BA(2.95 tapping drill!) and re-tap replacing with hex grubs which are much better than the screws who's heads eventually shear.

Wow, spent the afternoon trying everything I could find.

...M2 fell straight through

...M3 went in half a turn

...8BA went in OK but 'felt' loose

Anyone got any ideas?

Otherwise my plan is to drill and tap new M3 holes.

I think its 2.5mm
