well after lots of reading i have made up my mind and have ordered a skywatcher explorer 130 pm going to collect tmrw (cant wait)

It's a great scope, twas my first too. I found a 32mm plossl really was very good with it and might be something to consider in the future. The eyepeices with it will give you good views of stuff and really wet your appetite for exploring the sky! lots of first times coming up! Saturn, double cluster, ring nebula (just for finding it!) the clusters. I hope you enjoy it. I did.

A lot of members cut their teeth on a 130 me included. A great scope and will help you keep the interest going.

lol, thats just reminded me, I got my old departmentstore 3" scope sat in the spare room. It looks a little piddly compared to what I have now!
