Anyone know where the alignment guide for a synscan sw130 thread is?

I have spent over an hour looking and cant find it, thought I had saved in favourites but obviously not. The one I read was in a thread where someone was testing it as a grab and go mount and someone else posted his guide for others to use and I needed it last night with it being first clear sky when I am off work and I couldnt find it
