Baader MPCC

Can anyone tell me if the Baader MPCC change the focus point when in use with cameras?

Would I need extra in travel (towards the scope body)?

The MPCC actually gives you an extra 10mm of inwards focus travel as it moves the focal plane outwards by 10mm in comparison with a DSLR camera. However, don't forget that depending on the position/type of the 2" EP holder on your particular reflector, you may still have an issue - I had to make up a special adapter to allow my MPCC to fit inside the focus tube as the standard 2" RP holder was extended too far out from the focuser.
