Lunar Mosaic - 26.03.10

Here is my first go at a Lunar mosaic. Equipment was my 150p reflector & QHY5, stacked using registax, stitched in microsoft ice and processed in pixinsight.

Alas the last avi was corrupt for some reason when I came to process so I'm a chunk missing. Couple of stitch marks are visible, but I'm pretty happy for a first go.

That's a really nice mosaic - thanks for sharing.

Shame about the last AVI. Have you tried opening it in Virtualdub? Sometimes this works by just opening it and saving the frames as bitmaps. You can import these bitmaps into Registax just like a an avi. The scan video stream for errors will also sometime help.

But alas nothing is opening that last file. Oh well great excuse to do another one!
