Vixen GP - dismantle/regrease

Hi Gazers. Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on a set of instructions for dismantling and regreasing the Vixen GP (or EQ5)? The grease has been fairly stiff since I bought it, which has not been a problem so far, but I have just bought a Skysensor box with the intention of doing goto slews and autoguiding, so want everything as smooth as I can get it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for grease to use? I know Lithium grease is the accepted substance, but was wondering if there were any specific brands more suited to this purpose (eg lower temperatures).

I've got a friend who could probably do this for me, but I'd rather have a go myself for the learning experience (and hopefully not nacker the mount!)

Yep, just clones of the GP. I used Shell Retinax grease in mine. Seems to work ok.

Locktite superlube. This will be fine for the temperature ranges the mount will be used in and has just the right viscosity. I used it on a super polaris previously and had the PE down to +/- 10 arc secs.
