The north of the disc has fewer filaments than has been usual over the last few days, but still quite a few:

The huge prominence on the NW limb has gone, but its roots remain and appears to be still evolving:

Transparency initially poor, improving to good then very good in the afternoon. Seeing above average. Temp 11C, wind NW force 3.
