Any difference between these 2 ota's

Hi all , can anyone tell me please if there is any difference between these 2 ota's at FLO

Maksutov - Skywatcher Skymax 127 SupaTrak

Maksutov - Skywatcher Skymax 127 OTA

The Supatrac part is the mount its on...... the other one is just the tube...

The two optical tubes look the same to me.

The obvious differences, are, one is on a mount, the other isn't. Also the finders are different, but these are plain to see.

Simply tube against tube, they're the same spec. Colour difference of course also.

Thought it could just be a color difference ( for tube only ) thanks for the help , was slightly confused as someone mentioned that skywatcher made a series of mak's in black color scheme which were better than standard ones guess its not the case here , thanks again for confirming my initial thoughts .

They are both the same OTA's but one comes with a Az GOTO mount. You will see on the skywatcher website that the SkyMax 127 is also sold as OTA only.

The newer SkyWatcher design is the black tube with white rings.
