The NPC is very small now and very dim compared to last December when it's whiteness was very obvious.

Well done on catching Mars, it's chucking it down here this evening.

Like you say D25 the "quite side", however it looks like you managed to tease out all the available detail to be had.

I think I've got to take every possible chance now to observe Mars as it starts to get smaller, but then Mars has put on a good show this time around.

Thanks Towa, by 7:30 we had 100% cloud cover !!! so I got lucky with the weather - for once.

I agree with the show Mars has put on this time - my best ever views.

Like Mars, Saturn is heading south for a few years - make the best of it whilst you have the opportunity.

Another great sketch. You've recorded some nice detail for the 'boring' side. Well done for making the best of a small porthole of clear sky.

Had nothing but cloud and misery here since last week. And the forecast is poor. Really need it to clear asap as Mars is shrinking.
