Is there a good tutorial on Registax 5 anywhere?

I've decided to have a rare spell of planetary and lunar imaging whilst Mars is at opposition. I'm still in the Registax stone age with V3 so I thought it was probably time to move onto V5. Hmm, there is a lot to fiddle with here. Does anyone know of I good online tutorial?

Alternatively, what are the magic settings people use, what matters and what is superfluous?

have you looked at the two tutorials on the Registax 5 webpage (right hand column)?

No, never heard of AVI stack but nice to have some choice. I would like to get up to speed with all the Registax functions though
