Thats one I havent seen before. I guess it is a planetery nebula? It looks like there is probably a large outer part to it as well, maybe visible in IR or possibly Ha will get it.

Very interesting to see this and an impressive result given the small size of the target. I've been having a look on the internet. All the pics show it to be blue so I guess it is predominantly OIII. I was surprised that your luminence seemed to be picking up as much nebulosity as the Ha but this would explain it!
