nebulae ngc 1514 with the 314L+ & TSA

Hello every body,

Yesterday I have shot this nice nebulae that we don't see too much on the website ! So, I have done 2 time 6 x 600s:

The first in Ha:

The second in L:

The third Ha + L so 12 x 600s:

Thats one I havent seen before. I guess it is a planetery nebula? It looks like there is probably a large outer part to it as well, maybe visible in IR or possibly Ha will get it.

Very interesting to see this and an impressive result given the small size of the target. I've been having a look on the internet. All the pics show it to be blue so I guess it is predominantly OIII. I was surprised that your luminence seemed to be picking up as much nebulosity as the Ha but this would explain it!

Good view of 1514

It is mainly OIII as Martin suggests. I imaged it last year with my 14 inch, and plan to revisit it sometime.

It's actually quite big for a PN.
