I have been browsing about lookin for options on a webcam with regards to taking a few piccies with my dob. At current i don't have a motorized mount, so obviously long exposures aint going to be an option. So....

I understand that the philips toucam and logitec are possible options. I also know there are certain one's of these which would be better and i have already got those listed in my favourites.

In my searches for a budget cam i also came across some security camera's, which, with an adaptor, should be workable with a laptop?

Have a nose and tell me what you think of these or if i should just go the toucam route?

Apart from the nosepiece you will also need a video capture device and a 12v dc supply for the camera.
