Live to be 100+

It has long been commented that astronomers tend to live to a ripe old age. Someone has done a statistical analysis that seems to bear it out:

Life expectancy of astronomers

Of course, these were professional astronomers who didn't have to lug their own equipment around. Perhaps the boom in large-aperture amateur instruments will see a rise of back injuries, hernias and worse. It certainly appears from this forum that collimation can be bad for mental health.
