sleep mode

Am i right that putting a scope in sleep mode and then taking the power supply away that it would have to be re aligned or would the computer remember and continue on wake up from its sleep knowing its last position.

The scope would stay in its set position in the garden.

If you remove the power to the scope the data is not lost.

You will have to realign.

You will probably to supply the date and time again and align, Meade ETX's require this, even if the power is lost for a few seconds.

Basically do anything and expect to realign it.

Nick, Telescope House do a sleep dongle for the LX90, butI don't know if it will be suitable for your scope.
