Getting spotty again

Seems a while since we had a sunspot appear.

This one is just edging its way into view.

Other than that you can just see a mini cluster of tiny spots

I observed this spot at 1830 UT. There was a very nice light bridge across it and the spot had elongated, apparently to accomodate it.

Do you know about what time you shot this, Phil?

AS near as I can estimate from the file info

I shot them at around 1300GMT

Ok, so that'd be about right. Five or so hours for a light bridge to cross the entire spot and elongate it. The size of this spot is something like 5 or 6 Earth diameters, (84,000 Km) or so, which gives you some idea of the speed of these events. (~17,000 Km/H!)
