Whooo, whooo first view of Jupiter!!

Don't think this really fits in the observing section just a big cheer just spent an amazing hour and a half on my first ever view of Jupiter - amazing could see Io, Europa and Callisto as well. Just amazed, spent time changing magnifications and playing with different colour filters to see the effects. 127mm Skywatcher Mak

Saturn still sticks in the memory for a first view earlier in the year mind but what a view this evening!

Sounds like you really enjoyed yourself and despite the wind it was really good tonight, Great Red spot showed really well. Probably the best views I've had for ages of Jupiter.
