upgrade

At the moment i have a ETX 90 pe to upgrade ,What do people recommend in the same price bracket £5/600. not worried about what type of scope it is but would like to view a few more things that are out of my range . But must be transportable from my garage to outside

Have a set of meade 4000 eye pieces which i will continue to use

biggest bang your buck is a dobsonian.

with your price range a 12" should be do-able.

I have a 12" Meade lightbridge. and it has done me well actually.

Try skywatcher also. but I havent used a skywatcher dob

Dob is an excellent choice, but if you want goto and can put together another £100, try a Skywatcher EXPLORER-200 + HEQ5 SynScan Pro GOTO mount from Sherwoods. HERE and scroll down

Superb scope and mount, easily transportable ( you will need to take the scope off the mount though) and you will see far more than you do now.
