Need opinions on what camera and mount please

these are 2 of the cameras i have been looking at and they both seem pretty good i would like to just take pictures of the milkyway and maybe the moon. im edging towards the 350d becasue i have seen some good images.

becasue i will be taking some long exsposures id like to buy a motorised mount but i have no idea. id like one that is easy it set up and use.

1000D + Astrotrac.

The 1000D is newer and has more features. The astrotrac is easy to set up and tracks for a good couple of hours.

Have a rummage on the widefield board and t'internet to see what you can do.

1000d... newer, better noise handling.. amongst other things. If you've only using a camera and lens combo... or smaller scope what about

Skywatcher - Skywatcher EQ5 Deluxe

Not ideal for imaging, the HEQ5 is better, but with a light load, I'd think you'd be ok.
