AstroDevelopments EQ6 Bolt replacement

I recently fitted the replacement AstroDevelopment altitude bolts on my EQ6. I noticed the lower bolt clearance from the polar scope cover is very small (at 51deg). Is this normal? If I go to Scotland would the bolt clash?

I have one and I've noticed how close it is. I took my EQ6 up to Kielder (55 degrees north?) back in March and it was fine - I think as the latitude goes up the bolt goes in further.

hopefully not: the polarscope cover will go towards the bolt but the bolt itself would go further into the housing.

OK, thanks. I guess I'll keep my original bolts handy in case I ever get above the arctic circle. Looks like it will limit somewhere when the cover eventually hits the bolt handle

I am a bit further north in Edinburgh and dont have any problem with them
