Another M13, sorry!

Here's another from last night, this was taken at ISO 800, 10x 240sec plus flats and darks.

I have to say that Dangerous Dave's idea of using "Notepad" on the lappy for flats is working a treat and I can clearly see the improvements using them in conjunction with the darks, but still need far more time on this baby-late start last night (see my M57 thread for further details)

What do you mean by using notepad for flats,i tried doing flats a while back with not much luck.

" Notepad"- you open up notepad on the lappy and brighten the screen as far as it'll allow, maximise the empty notepad page, then lay the laptop screen over the end of the scope, done !!

Don't be sorry, this is fantastic! I never tire of seeing M13. Yours is resolved to the core, great depth and great colour. I love it

Very, Very nice Karlo, one of the best M13's I have seen in a while. Its way to light up here now so I have to wait for the dark nights to come back. Its good to see some on SGL are getting good results though.

Thanks for the kind comments peeps, Gary if it's any consolation- darkness here in Leeds is very short lived. No sooner have you set up then over in the NE you can see the sky brightening in approx' 2hrs-2 1/2hrs. (not really properly dark while after midnight).
